Somavera Wellness Lab required a digital presence that perfectly balanced high-end, minimalist aesthetics with a complex, science-led brand story. The brand focuses on the skin-mind connection, requiring a platform that conveys clinical precision while maintaining a soothing, luxurious user experience.

The primary challenge was ensuring that the scientific narrative, specifically the connection between neurocosmetics and cortisol-skin physiology, remained accessible and engaging. At the same time, the platform needed to offer a seamless e-commerce flow capable of handling detailed product storytelling and consultation booking.

I developed the site using a headless architecture, leveraging Velafa CMS to power the content management. This allowed the client to maintain complete control over their intricate product library and editorial content without compromising site speed or design integrity.

The frontend was engineered to emphasise visual storytelling, utilising clean typography and high-fidelity imagery to reflect the Neuro-Aesthetic brand identity. I focused on a modular content structure, enabling the client to easily create and update science-backed articles and product pages that explain complex mechanisms to consumers.

The resulting platform serves as both a high-conversion e-commerce destination and an educational resource. It successfully translates rigorous dermal science into a consumer-friendly, luxury experience, providing the client with an intuitive content management workflow that supports their growth in the wellness sector.
